Description
NG/OG feeding
Practice feeding, medication administration, and lavage/gavage using real fluid.
Heart and lung auscultation
High-quality normal and abnormal airway, heart, lung, and bowel sounds.
Tracheostomy care
Suction, clean, and dress. Perform a surgical airway with optional accessory.
Central venous catheter care
The realistic simulated central venous line supports dressing, flushing, and the administration of fluids and medications. The integrated catheter design simplifies setup and is reusable, thereby helping to reduce the cost per training exercise.
G-tube management and colostomy care
Enable comprehensive, hands-on training in G-tube management, including verifying G-tube placement and patency and administering feeds and medications using standard volumes. The lifelike colostomy site supports irrigation with real fluid. Additionally, gastrostomy, colostomy, and ileostomy stomas allow for care and cleaning.
Resuscitation training
CPR quality sensors provide real-time performance feedback. Monitor, capture, and cardiovert using a real defibrillator, electrodes, and live energy.
IV access and medication administration
Bilateral IV access sites on the forearm and hand enable realistic IV therapy training, including the practice of IV bolus, push, and high-volume infusions. The integrated automatic drug recognition system detects virtual medications injected into the right anterior forearm. Additionally, intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (Sub-Q) injection sites are located bilaterally.
Use real equipment
Set up and operate real monitoring equipment just as it is used in real situations. SUSIE S2400 supports real monitors, sensors, and devices, such as ECG monitors, automatic blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, glucometers, and defibrillators with live energy.
Breast examination
Includes seven lifelike breasts with various pathologies for true-to-life inspection, palpation, and identification.
Gynecological examination
SUSIE includes interchangeable non-pregnant, pregnant, and pathological uteri and cervices. This design allows for the practice of various gynecological examination skills and procedures, including bimanual pelvic exams, cervix visualization, PAP tests, IUD management, and more.
